It was a good experience. Thoroughly enjoyed our 1 night here. The hotel was delightful and nice and in a central location near to all of the, many shops anf restaurants, and the lake, restaurants and activities. We were moved to a single room and had climate control and TV:)))

Plus, they need a lesson in customer service. I expect a complimentary upgrade for such inconveniences. Just couldn't believe the bar was practically nonexistent. Would've given a good review, but alas!

Good intentions, flawed execution
The great location offered fine sunsets, and daily room cleaning was a good extra, made my stay feel special.
The noisy surroundings were quite disruptive at night, hindering a restful sleep. Warm water was sporadic.

We loved the sea view from our room and the easy walk to local craft shops. The location made it perfect for exploring the vibrant atmosphere of Flores. It was also great staying with my boyfriend, enjoying our balcony while soaking in the sunset.
